Terms of Service

Effective September 24, 2026. Striped is operated by Numeri Edge Ltd., 35 Queen St, Elmira, Ontario, Canada. These terms apply to the Striped app, website and services. By using Striped, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Questions or requests can be sent to support@stripedgolf.ca.

Golf tracking and responsible use

Striped provides GPS yardages, shot tracking, course views and golf analytics. Features vary by device, app version, course coverage and plan. Compatible NFC stickers are physical accessories; manual shot entry is also available. NFC recording requires deliberate interaction and compatible hardware, and is not guaranteed to work with the screen off.

GPS locations, maps, weather, elevation, club recommendations and strokes-gained calculations are estimates, not guarantees of accuracy or improvement. Confirm your surroundings and distances before playing. Do not use the app while driving or when it distracts from safe play. Check the rules of your competition before using distance adjustments or advice. Striped does not issue an official handicap index.

Accounts and your data

Provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials. You are responsible for activity you authorize on your account. If you are not legally able to enter into these terms, a parent or guardian must authorize your use. Contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.

You retain ownership of the information you submit. You give us permission to store and process it as needed to provide features you use, including cloud backup. Our Privacy Policy explains our data practices. Keep a copy of information you need; network interruptions and device loss can affect access.

Subscriptions and billing

You are charged only when you authorize a purchase. The checkout identifies the plan, billing interval, currency, amount, applicable taxes and any separately charged shipping before you pay. Website subscription payments are processed by Stripe. An app download does not by itself create a paid subscription.

Recurring subscriptions renew at the disclosed interval until canceled. You can manage a website subscription through the billing portal in your account, or contact support if you cannot access it. Cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge. Ordinary cancellation leaves access available until the end of the paid period. Account deletion is different: it ends account access and cancels subscriptions billed to that account. Deleting the app alone does not cancel billing.

Any trial, promotion, included sticker kit or coach seat offer is governed by the conditions shown when you accept it. Do not assume a promotion applies to every plan. We will disclose material price changes before they take effect and provide an opportunity to cancel.

Physical products and refunds

Sticker-kit contents, compatibility, delivery options and charges are described at purchase. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. We do not accept change-of-mind returns of NFC sticker kits, whether opened or unopened. Contact support with your order details for delivery problems, defective items or refund requests. Discretionary refunds may be agreed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Do not ship an item back without contacting us first; if a return is necessary to resolve a problem, we will provide instructions and clarify shipping arrangements.

This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, warranty or other remedy required by applicable consumer law, including rights concerning defective, misrepresented or undelivered products. Statutory remedies are not conditional on our discretionary approval.

Acceptable use and third-party materials

Do not misuse accounts, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, upload unlawful material or infringe another person's rights. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address security, abuse or legal obligations. Contact support to ask us to review a restriction.

Striped and its licensors retain rights in the software, branding and other materials they provide. Your use is subject to applicable third-party licenses. Map and data credits are available on our Attribution page. No ownership of third-party maps or data is transferred to you.

Ending use and service changes

You can stop using Striped at any time and request account deletion in the app or through support. Export any information you want to keep first. We may update features or these terms; material changes will be communicated through the service or your account contact details. Changes do not remove rights attached to purchases already made.

Your legal rights

We do not promise uninterrupted service or a particular golf result. These terms do not exclude liability or statutory protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. Ontario law and applicable Canadian federal law govern these terms, without taking away mandatory protections or access to courts available to you where you live.
